Fresh Air Fridays

The next three Fresh Air Fridays sessions are booked at Lepe Country Park on Saturday 31st July, Saturday 18th September, & Saturday 23rd October, all sessions are 1- 4pm. To experience the joy of being in a supportive community while walking in nature why not join us. The next three themes are 'Comfort Zone - July, Habits - September & Your Team - October' These sessions are an opportunity to explore what YOU want in your life in a safe, accepting group, in a beautiful environment.
The drop in charge is £30, there is also a parking charge of £7

Project You - Self Care Course This 8 week course will support you in your own project of self care. Together we will explore current research on the subjects of sleep, hydration, exercise, food and relaxation.
If you would like to have more energy, feel happier and more in control of your life, join me on ‘Project You’ Self Care course. ‘Project You’ is an interactive group which will give you the benefits of group coaching; support, shared learning and accountability.
The cost of the course is £150 and this entitles you to attend both Saturday (11-12.30pm) and Monday (1-2.30pm) sessions. Start date to be confirmed.

Positive Psychology for Life Part 1, 2 & 3 are 6 week online courses with each session lasting one & half hours. Each week we focus on one aspect of Positive Psychology and use evidenced based activities to illustrate the benefits of implementing the activities into daily life. Sessions are on Thursday evenings 7.30 - 9.00pm. The total cost of all three courses is £699. Each individual course is £270. Monthly payment option available.
Positive Psychology for Life Part 1 starts on 9th September 2021 Positive Psychology for Life Part 2 starts on 4th November 2021
Positive Psychology for Life Part 3 starts on 6th January 2022.

Positive Psychology & Meditation
Pathway To Positivity -
Creating A Happy, Peaceful Life
This 6 week course explores the 10 positive emotions as identified by Barbara Fredrickson, using current psychological research and guided meditation. I collaborate on these sessions with Caroline Livingstone, meditation teacher & crystal healer.
The sessions will be on Wednesday's 7.30pm - 8.45pm. Start date to be confirmed. The cost of the course is £90

Positivity: A Work In Progress

Podcasts are a great way to learn and they are free! I present a podcast, with Vie Portland, called "Positivity: A Work In Progress". As the name suggests we focus on personal development topics. Our second series includes the topics, Grit, Play, Grief & Loss, it is available here;


Laughter Yoga

There is a free online laughter yoga session every Saturday from 10-10.30am. There is also one running in the open air, weather permitting.
Laughter is a wonderful way to be present and connect with others.

Clubhouse Room

The Clubhouse App is available on Apple and Android phones. You can join me to talk about Positive Psychology free via the Clubhouse App. These sessions start again every Thursday at 7.30am from the end of September

Life Coaching

I continue to provide Life Coaching online and Forest Lodge (my office) is now open for face to face sessions.
Life is change, it is inevitable and yet often we struggle with it. Life Coaching can help you manage the change that is forced upon you, for example living with a pandemic, and Life Coaching can help you to make the changes that will give you greater fulfillment, such as achieving something that you just haven't got round to yet. Above all, Life Coaching is an investment in yourself.

Positive Psychology Practice Group

Starting on September 7th I will be running a Positive Psychology practice group on a Tuesday evening, 7.30 - 9pm. This group has proved very popular through lockdown and is a great way to practice the learning from the more structured groups. This will now become a membership group and is for anyone who has completed at least one of our courses. The monthly cost is £25 and the benefits are 2 Tuesday evening sessions & a monthly face to face group session out in nature. The membership fee also includes 20% off of courses and 20% off of coaching sessions.
