The new year is the time when we are likely to think about making some changes. It is a time when we can use other peoples desire for change to propel us forward. When we use others to inspire us to make those changes it feels like we are in it together and not alone on our quest. I hope my thoughts about inspiration will inspire you to take action.

On Sunday 13th January I will be at Winchester Guildhall 10am - 4pm chatting to people about my work. It is FREE ENTRY and a chance to find out about the Health and Wellbeing industry in Winchester and the surrounding area. There will be stalls, workshops and health and wellbeing goodies on offer.

A reminder of the Joy workshop which will run from 10am to 4pm at Gaunts House in Wimborne on Saturday 2nd February 2019. The cost is £60 and includes lunch and a free follow up coaching session. Fresh Air Fridays is a walking personal development group. The sessions typically last for 3 hours and include a monthly theme such as Filling Yourself Up or Creating a Plan. There are also core themes such as Gratitude and Being Present.
