An excerpt from ‘The Golden Venture”
‘You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.’ Buddha
Love is a verb, a doing word. Love is action; it is being pro-active with gestures and kindness.
When you hear or when you say ‘I love you’ what is the evidence of this? We know that actions speak louder than words, actions can be seen as the evidence. Ask yourself what am I hearing? What am I seeing? When the two are in harmony, when someone is being authentic, love is a powerhouse for positivity. When words and actions are in opposition negativity corrodes, disintegrates, and destroys.
Marinade your self in love.
I wonder if you read this in relation to your intimate relationship with another. Read the passage again and apply it to your self. This is your closest relationship, the one you have with your self. What you say and do in regard to your self is enabling or disabling. Remember that you always have a choice to enable or disable yourself.
