Positive Psychology Part 3
|
After the success of the 6 week online programmes, Positive Psychology Part 1 and Part Two Bryony Shaw and I will be delivering Positive Psychology Part 3 in June. The course is on a Thursday evening from 7.30 - 9pm and starts on 3rd June. The topics are;

Project You - Self Care Course
|
In June 2019, after a period of stress and ill health I started a self care project ‘Project Kim’ I based it around the lowest level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the basic needs. I wanted to improve my sleep, my water consumption, my exercise, my eating, and my relaxation.
|
In my new ‘Project You’ course, starting Saturday June 5th at 11am-12.30pm and on Monday 7th June at 1-2pm, I will be sharing everything that I have learnt and practiced over the last two years. If you would like to have more energy, feel happier and more in control of your life, join me to start ‘Project You’.
|
‘Project You’ is an interactive group which will give you the benefits of group coaching; support, shared learning and accountability.
|
The cost of the course is £120 which entitles you to attend one session per week or both of the sessions per week.

Positive Psychology & Meditation
|
|
I have delivered 3 courses of Positive Psychology & Meditation with Caroline Livingstone, a meditation teacher & crystal healer. These courses focussed on the 10 positive emotions as identified by Barbara Fredrickson. We are now offering one session a month and the focus in on Strengths (www.viacharacter.org) This months topic is Courage and on June 23rd we will exploring Vulnerability & Self Awareness.

I have been running free half hour sessions of Breathing Space over Lockdown and these will continue to run. It is a lovely way to stop for 30 mins, connect and breathe. Here is the link;

There is a free online laughter yoga session every Saturday from 10-10.30am. There is also one running in the open air, weather permitting.
|
|
Laughter is a wonderful way to be present and connect with others.
|
|
|
If you have an Apple phone, then you can access discussions sessions free via the Clubhouse App. I have a room every Thursday at 7.30am which you can join to talk about Positive Psychology.

I think we are all a work in progress and I have published a podcast, with Vie Portland, called "Positivity: A Work In Progress". My hope is that it will give listeners topics to reflect on and bring positivity to their lives. I would love to hear what you think about it, it is available here;

Life Coaching is all about making changes, moving from where we are now to where we want to be, whether that is physically, mentally or emotionally. My final thoughts are captured in the images below.
