The theme of this newsletter is New Beginnings. I love Spring, it is the season of growth and opportunity, lightness and warmth. This is the season of 'spring cleaning' and 'decluttering'. This can be a physical process, cleaning and clearing our physical space, or an emotional one, reviewing and making changes to our thinking, feeling and behaviour.

Naturally, as we let go of something, emotionally or physically, it opens up a space for something else. I have been creating an online course called 'A Year of Letting Go with Positive Psychology', and I can sense my own letting go happening as I write it. Could this be why we have redesigned some of our services recently, and why some exciting things are about to happen this month?

This month there is the opportunity to join us on a series of wellbeing days, to join a redesigned positive psychology practice group, and to listen to a newly published audio book by Vie Portland. As always, there are free offers of laughter yoga and the podcast. There will be new episodes of the podcast coming soon, until then you may wish to listen to previous episodes. Wellbeing Day

Sometime last year I applied for some funding for Instar Coaching C.I.C. to deliver workshops in the community. I had the idea of a Wellbeing Hub, a central point for people to connect with each other while learning about positivity & meditation. When I didn't get the funding, I decided to do it anyway! Caroline & I are excited to share our passion for positive psychology and meditation with you. Here is the poster for the event. The first wellbeing day is on Saturday 29th April 10am-3pm, we would love to see you there. Drop in to any session or come for the whole day. Bring your own lunch, refreshments throughout the day are provided. Please bring a mat and a blanket if you would prefer to meditate laying down. New Positive Psychology Practice Group

We have made a few changes to our Positive Psychology Practice Group. The group now consists of one monthly online session 7.30-9pm and one monthly outdoor session. The online session is held on a Wednesday evening and the outdoor session is held on a Saturday afternoon. Each session has a theme related to positive psychology or personal development, there is a teaching element, space for open discussion and group coaching, and a short meditation. The cost of the sessions are £30 per month, or £15 individually. Come and join us to keep creating and maintaining your positive neural pathways.

A Year of Letting Go With Positive Psychology

I have been creating an online course called 'A Year of Letting Go with Positive Psychology'. It is an email everyday for a year with the central theme of letting go. Each week there are different topics. Some of the topics I have chosen are,
Letting go of Helplessness
Letting go of Imposter Syndrome
Letting go of Perfectionism
Letting go of Busyness

Some members have been testing it out and I have received the following feedback,
'I'm reading them everyday, they are really useful'
'There is a lot of information in them'
'These are great. I've started a journal and look forward to 10 mins for me each day'

Are there any topics you would like to see included in this course?
You may like this course if you recognise a resiistance in you towards letting go ....of anything/something, if you want to learn more about how positive psychology strategies can set you free, if you are willing to commit 10 minutes a day to invest in yourself.

Laughter Yoga

There is a free online laughter yoga session on Saturday 8th April 2023 10-10.30am. It is the International Moment of Laughter Day on 14th April.

Life Coaching Programme

One Transformation - 100 strategies

This programme includes 1 & 1/2 coaching sessions per month, plus membership to positive psychology practice group and email support. I will be sharing 100 strategies for happiness & well-being. All for £100 a month for 6 months.
